Sales Agreement

This website is operated by Moirai Jewellery. By visiting our site and purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products: All products are handmade and made from natural stones and precious metals. While product images strive to reflect the true color, stones may show slight variations depending on the natural structure of the materials. Each piece is unique in our entirely handmade products; Moirai Jewellery considers these natural variations not as flaws, but as a reflection of originality.

Prices: All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY). For international orders, payment is taken in TRY; your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency (EUR, USD, etc.) at the current exchange rate. Please contact your bank for any additional charges due to exchange rate differences.

Orders and Payment: Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Payment transactions are securely processed through the PayTR infrastructure.
