Cancellation and Returns

To cancel your order before it is shipped, please write to info@moiraijewellery.com.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customized Products: Custom-made or personalized products (containing names, dates, special measurements, etc.) are excluded from returns and exchanges.

International Returns: For returns from abroad, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Customs and tax fees are not included in the return policy. Please submit your return request to info@moiraijewellery.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Your payment will be refunded within 5 business days after the product reaches us.
